Internal: Equipment & Supplies Manager

Description: The Equipment & Supplies Manager is a part-time role available to current Baltimore Home Cleaning employees. In this role, you will be the in-house expert on all equipment and supplies used by BHC. You will be responsible for managing all physical inventory for Baltimore Home Cleaning. This includes tracking and maintaining equipment and supplies, performing maintenance on company-owned equipment, and leading efforts to reduce breakage and waste.

Hours: 7 AM-9 AM and 4 PM-5 PM; Up to 10 hours per week

Pay: $18 per hour


  • Prepare the office for the start of each workday by organizing equipment and supplies for easy access by team members
  • Complete weekly inventory report
  • Wash, dry, sort, and fold cleaning towels daily
  • Wash and dry long dusters and feather dusters weekly
  • Safely mix cleaning solutions and fill bottles
  • Perform equipment and supply audits weekly
  • Perform equipment maintenance weekly, ensuring vacuum cleaners and other equipment remain operational
  • Coach team members on proper equipment handling, maintenance, and use
  • Clean office weekly
  • Do errands when necessary
  • Other duties as assigned
