I like this company because they’re so easy to deal with. I booked a standard cleaning in the online dashboard, which is so convenient. I picked the services I...wanted, and it gave me the price, the ability to tip, and the ability to download an invoice. You can reschedule very easily via the dashboard up to 24 hours ahead of time without penalty. The only downside I experienced was that they never called or texted to confirm, but they do send out reminder emails. And they showed up well within the allotted time.

Unfortunately, no. While we’ve helped many clients get their deposits back, it’s not something we can guarantee. What we can guarantee is an incredibly thorough cleaning, sure to increase the chances of returned deposit.

I’m hiring movers to help me. Should I schedule my cleaning appointment for the same day?

No. We recommend you schedule your cleaning after the movers have left. We’ll be able to clean your home more thoroughly once all of your furniture and belongings have been removed from the space.

What's your cancellation policy?

We allow cancellations of scheduled appointments at no charge as long you cancel before 5PM the day before your scheduled appointment time. Any cancellations requested after this time period may incur our 15% short-notice fee.
