When they finished, they asked me if I would like to do a "walk through" which I did, and much to my surprise, our dwelling not only looked clean, tidy and sparkling, it smelled really good too. You enter your info, how many rooms, etc., and select how often, preferred days, etc. I think the cleaner could vary from time to time based on who is available that day. We've had the same person each time so far. I liked that I could sign up online and get my cleanings scheduled.

But, then when the time came 2 young guys showed up at my house as the cleaning crew and I was disappointed. My expectations plummeted! They moved and cleaned behind and under EVERYTHING. Took TVs off the wall and cleaned the back of the TV and the wall behind it. For $200 private cleaners will organize things, clean the inside and outside of appliances, and clean 3 story houses. I got a small bathroom cleaned and a small kitchen cleaned. They didn't move anything out of the way. I had to move everything. The wouldn't take the trash out. There was not a checklist that was provided. She didn't clean the dishes. They said it wasn't in the scope of their business. The service was for 4 hours, so that was a $50.00 per hour service. They came quickly because I was free during the weeday, but all the weekend appointments were booked. There were still stains in my toilet. Granted, they are hard to get out, but still, for a professional service, it should have been taken out. It was good, but not great.

Do you send the same housekeeper every single visit?

We absolutely try to send the same housekeeper during each visit to your home. However, due to natural scheduling issues, we can’t always guarantee this. Customers who sign up with our recurring service are more likely to receive the same cleaner each time.

Do your maids wash the dishes?

With advanced notice, our maids can either run a load of dishes or empty the dishwasher. Please click here for a full checklist of what our housekeepers can do.

What happens if I don’t like my maid?

If for whatever reason you don’t like your maid, we’ll provide you with a replacement cleaner on your next visit. It’s very rare that this happens, but if so, we’ll work with you to find a better fitting cleaner.

What if I want to cancel my cleaning?

Yes. You're allowed to cancel your cleaning, although short-notice cancellations are subject to our 100% short-notice cancellation fee. To avoid this penalty, make sure you cancel before 5PM on the day prior to your scheduled appointment.
