Edit 21/11/23: We have now been clients of Baltimore Home Cleaning for almost 2 years and we are still very happy with their services. The cleaning teams are professional, friendly and so fast. We have regularly scheduled visits every two weeks and it really helps keep our home functioning. We have had cleaning teams over while we were away from home and it is always a pleasure to come home to a lovely clean home, thank you again. We've been clients of Baltimore Home Cleaning for almost two months and have had 4 visits, which include cleaning, oven cleaning and fridge cleaning. We are so happy we tried Baltimore Home Cleaning - the place looks amazing after the team is finished. I booked the weekend before Thanksgiving to get a deep clean the day before Thanksgiving, and it was no problem! I love being able to book online, I love being able to text my questions and instructions. It was a great value, and I was very happy with the job Benita did! I maybe saw a couple things that were missed, but I was still very impressed and happy with the deep clean. I'll be recommending to a friend as well!

Helen was great. I love the cleaner she uses; it smells so amazing in my house! Everything is beautifully clean when she leaves. The service is easy to sign up for. You enter your info, how many rooms, etc., and select how often, preferred days, etc. I think the cleaner could vary from time to time based on who is available that day. We've had the same person each time so far. I liked that I could sign up online and get my cleanings scheduled.

My experience with Baltimore Home Cleaning was very pleasant. I set up everything online which I love. The cleaner showed up within the time window and we left her alone to clean and when we did a walk through once she was done, we were completely blown away. I will definitely be using them for all my cleaning needs going forward.

Frequently Asked Questions About maid services

Do you send the same housekeeper every single visit?
We absolutely try to send the same housekeeper during each visit to your home. However, due to natural scheduling issues, we can’t always guarantee this. Customers who sign up with our recurring service are more likely to receive the same cleaner each time.
Do your maids wash the dishes?
With advanced notice, our maids can either run a load of dishes or empty the dishwasher. Please click here for a full checklist of what our housekeepers can do.
What happens if I don’t like my maid?
If for whatever reason you don’t like your maid, we’ll provide you with a replacement cleaner on your next visit. It’s very rare that this happens, but if so, we’ll work with you to find a better fitting cleaner.
What if I want to cancel my cleaning?
Yes. You're allowed to cancel your cleaning, although short-notice cancellations are subject to our 100% short-notice cancellation fee. To avoid this penalty, make sure you cancel before 5PM on the day prior to your scheduled appointment.
