We have regularly scheduled visits every two weeks and it really helps keep our home functioning. I booked the weekend before Thanksgiving to get a deep clean the day before Thanksgiving, and it was no problem! I love being able to book online, I love being able to text my questions and instructions. It was a great value, and I was very happy with the job Benita did! I maybe saw a couple things that were missed, but I was still very impressed and happy with the deep clean. I'll be recommending to a friend as well!

Helen was great. I love the cleaner she uses; it smells so amazing in my house! Everything is beautifully clean when she leaves. The service is easy to sign up for. You enter your info, how many rooms, etc., and select how often, preferred days, etc. I think the cleaner could vary from time to time based on who is available that day. We've had the same person each time so far. I liked that I could sign up online and get my cleanings scheduled.

As every home and family situation is different, it’s impossible for us to recommend a cleaning plan without cleaning your home first. In general, if you’re interested in an ongoing service plan, we recommend following your initial deep cleaning with our recurring cleaning service.

Can I cancel an appointment?

Yes. We have a fairly lax cancellation policy. Provided that you cancel prior to 5PM on the day before your appointment, we'll waive our 100% short-notice cancellation fee.
