Edit 21/11/23: We have now been clients of Baltimore Home Cleaning for almost 2 years and we are still very happy with their services. The cleaning teams are professional, friendly and so fast. We have regularly scheduled visits every two weeks and it really helps keep our home functioning.

They are located right off the Patterson Park, so not sure who keeps updating their location to Hartford County. They clean my property in Fells Point, a lot!!

I like this company because they’re so easy to deal with. I booked a standard cleaning in the online dashboard, which is so convenient. I picked the services I wanted, and it gave me the price, the ability to tip, and the ability to download an invoice. You can reschedule very easily via the dashboard up to 24 hours ahead of time without penalty. The only downside I experienced was that they never called or texted to confirm, but they do send out reminder emails. And they showed up well within the allotted time.

I've been using their service for the past year and have been really liking it. When we had to start using one of our bathrooms as a holding pen for our new cat during the cleanings, our cleaner noticed and helped me remove that room from my service request so that I wouldn't get charged for something I didn't get cleaned. I had totally forgotten, but she caught it right away for me. That honesty and customer service on top of the quality cleaning earned my loyalty.

Kim is fantastic! I've been VERY pleased with the cleaners themselves, the quality of the work, the pricing, the responsiveness of the staff, and the attention I have received. Would definitely recommend them! The portal system could be improved a bit, but I have called or emailed and customizations were easy to do.
