My experience with Baltimore Home Cleaning was very pleasant. I set up everything online which I love. The cleaner showed up within the time window and we left her alone to clean and when we did a walk through once she was done, we were completely blown away. I will definitely be using them for all my cleaning needs going forward.

Helen was great. I love the cleaner she uses; it smells so amazing in my house! Everything is beautifully clean when she leaves. The service is easy to sign up for. You enter your info, how many rooms, etc., and select how often, preferred days, etc. I think the cleaner could vary from time to time based on who is available that day. We've had the same person each time so far. I liked that I could sign up online and get my cleanings scheduled.

I booked the weekend before Thanksgiving to get a deep clean the day before Thanksgiving, and it was no problem! I love being able to book online, I love being able to text my questions and instructions. It was a great value, and I was very happy with the job Benita did! I maybe saw a couple things that were missed, but I was still very impressed and happy with the deep clean. I'll be recommending to a friend as well!

Edit 21/11/23: We have now been clients of Baltimore Home Cleaning for almost 2 years and we are still very happy with their services. The cleaning teams are professional, friendly and so fast. We have regularly scheduled visits every two weeks and it really helps keep our home functioning. We have had cleaning teams over while we were away from home and it is always a pleasure to come home to a lovely clean home, thank you again. We've been clients of Baltimore Home Cleaning for almost two months and have had 4 visits, which include cleaning, oven cleaning and fridge cleaning. We are so happy we tried Baltimore Home Cleaning - the place looks amazing after the team is finished. We are very impressed by the customer service side of things as well - a recent cancelling due to weather was handled promptly, professionally and re-booking was taken care of right away. We are grateful that we are able to provide our own cleaning supplies, as some of our household members have sensitivities. Using Baltimore Home Cleaning has increased the amount of time we have for enjoying other things and enhances the enjoyment of our space. COVID-19 protocols are clear and sensible and we also appreciate that. Baltimore Home Cleaning is a pet-friendly service, our cat tends to sleep through the visits and is calm when we return home.

Our cleaner was great. My husband and I both work at home, and she was quick, thorough and respected the fact that we were working while she was here.

A fantastic and easy to use service. The team is flexible to our needs and works great with our dog. Our house is cleaner than we could ever get it and at a great cost. The cleaners are always on time and they are very friendly. They follow instructions and get the job done. Cannot recommend BHC enough.

For $200 private cleaners will organize things, clean the inside and outside of appliances, and clean 3 story houses. I got a small bathroom cleaned and a small kitchen cleaned. They didn't move anything out of the way. I had to move everything. The wouldn't take the trash out. There was not a checklist that was provided. She didn't clean the dishes. They said it wasn't in the scope of their business. The service was for 4 hours, so that was a $50.00 per hour service. They came quickly because I was free during the weeday, but all the weekend appointments were booked. There were still stains in my toilet. Granted, they are hard to get out, but still, for a professional service, it should have been taken out. It was good, but not great.

We scheduled BHC during the pandemic and were concerned about whether thing would still work out, but we had no reason to worry! I received several communications confirming our appointment time and the woman who showed up to clean was prompt and very hard-working! My boyfriend and I had never had a professional house cleaning before, and we will definitely be using BHC again! Great value on our tight budget and a very worthy investment in one’s quality of life. We got a standard clean for a one-bedroom. I did have some trouble delivering my key in person ahead of time, but I received a call first thing in the morning and we worked it out to leave it in the mailbox. The cleaners did an amazing job, even got the grime out of the tub, and dusted our ceiling fan, hallelujah! Objects we left out were very nicely grouped and tidied, which left a tear in our eyes, and the bed was even made. Thank you, Lauren G!
