The entire end to end process was extremely smooth - from the easy ONLINE booking and friendly email reminders to punctuality and communication of the cleaning team. The house was left spotless and done in record time - I appreciated their attention to detail and small touches ie refolding towels and tidying up the bed. Having a place to detail which areas of the house should be of particular focus was also helpful. I’d recommend this service!

Great service from Baltimore Home Cleaning! I asked for extra attention in the bathroom and kitchen, and they did a fantastic job. The entire booking process went smoothly as well. They asked all the right questions for working with my schedule and how to access the place from the back door instead of the lobby and front door. After being ghosted by several other cleaning services, my friend recommended Baltimore Home Cleaning. It was easy and quick to book (all online!) and I was able to schedule my cleaning for the next day. The staff was super friendly and professional and they did an amazing job on my house. I only needed specific rooms of my house cleaned and they were very accommodating. I really liked that their products are safe for pets as well! I would absolutely recommend these guys to everyone and can't wait to schedule my next cleaning.

Baltimore Home Cleaning is the best cleaning service I have ever encountered. Their website was very user-friendly, they arrived right on time, and they gave my apartment the most thorough cleaning it's ever received. I have numerous mirrored walls, and I could tell that they made sure to clean every inch of them. Plus they made my bathroom look brand new! Very pet-friendly too!
