I like this company because they’re so easy to deal with. I booked a standard cleaning in the online dashboard, which is so convenient. I picked the services I wanted, and it gave me the price, the ability to tip, and the ability to download an invoice. You can reschedule very easily via the dashboard up to 24 hours ahead of time without penalty. The only downside I experienced was that they never called or texted to confirm, but they do send out reminder emails. And they showed up well within the allotted time.

Edit 21/11/23: We have now been clients of Baltimore Home Cleaning for almost 2 years and we are still very happy with their services. The cleaning teams are professional, friendly and so fast. We have regularly scheduled visits every two weeks and it really helps keep our home functioning.

I've been using their service for the past year and have been really liking it. When we had to start using one of our bathrooms as a holding pen for our new cat during the cleanings, our cleaner noticed and helped me remove that room from my service request so that I wouldn't get charged for something I didn't get cleaned. I had totally forgotten, but she caught it right away for me. That honesty and customer service on top of the quality cleaning earned my loyalty.

Helen was great. I love the cleaner she uses; it smells so amazing in my house! Everything is beautifully clean when she leaves. The service is easy to sign up for. You enter your info, how many rooms, etc., and select how often, preferred days, etc. I think the cleaner could vary from time to time based on who is available that day. We've had the same person each time so far. I liked that I could sign up online and get my cleanings scheduled.

I had a Deep Cleaning scheduled on May 7, 2020. The cleaning crew showed up on time and began their work immediately. Bonita H. and John S. arrived and thoroughly deep cleaned our dwelling. They were friendly, courteous, professional, responsive, and most of all very thorough and diligent in their approach to cleaning. When they finished, they asked me if I would like to do a "walk through" which I did, and much to my surprise, our dwelling not only looked clean, tidy and sparkling, it smelled really good too. I was very pleased with their work, and all I can say is that Baltimore Home Cleaning Services is very fortunate to have these two hard-working individuals working for them. I look forward to our next cleaning which is scheduled for early June 2020 and I have requested them to come back.

I booked on a Friday afternoon for a deep clean that Sunday. The last minute appointment was no issue for them. Helen came on time Sunday and did an Amazing job! Definitely went above and beyond cleaning our home. Worth every penny, will use again!

Last minute, my family needed someone to come and clean up the downstairs area before my dad returned home from surgery. We scheduled the next day with Baltimore Home Cleaning. We were given a window of time that they may come during and they did come in the window of time provided. The staff were very pleasant, friendly, and unobtrusive. They did a great job! My experience with Baltimore Home Cleaning was very pleasant. I set up everything online which I love. The cleaner showed up within the time window and we left her alone to clean and when we did a walk through once she was done, we were completely blown away. I went back and forth for a while trying to decide to have my house cleaned. I have ridiculously high standards of what "clean" is. I did a ton of research and reading reviews before deciding on a company and moving forward. Scheduling was quick and painless, the price was great, I emailed customer care with a question and received a response within a half of an hour. But, then when the time came 2 young guys showed up at my house as the cleaning crew and I was disappointed. My expectations plummeted! I don’t know of any men who could come close to what I was expecting. (Yes, I know it was judgmental) Well, LET ME TELL YOU; THEY NAILED IT!!!! Not only did they meet, but exceeded my expectations! They moved and cleaned behind and under EVERYTHING. Took TVs off the wall and cleaned the back of the TV and the wall behind it. Moved everything, even dusted my extra hand soap bottles and my cleaning supplies that were on a shelf. They moved cases of water to clean under and behind it. I mean EVERYTHING is spotless!!! I could go on and on, but no one would read it! I cannot express how beyond satisfied I am, I will continue to use them and have already recommended them to people! Great value on our tight budget and a very worthy investment in one’s quality of life. We got a standard clean for a one-bedroom. I did have some trouble delivering my key in person ahead of time, but I received a call first thing in the morning and we worked it out to leave it in the mailbox.

Sharda and Jennifer did an OUTSTANDING job. If it was possible to give 6 stars I would. The cleaning options were extremely customizable and comprehensive. I scheduled a deep clean and I could do surgery in my home now. There was insane attention to detail. My home has never been cleaner. I would fully recommend this service and will certainly be scheduling standard cleanings with them regularly.

I used BHC today and tried their move-out cleaning service. Very efficient and friendly service. The ladies definitely know what they’re doing. The only thing that’s not worth 10/10 is that they have a flat rate based on the number of baths/beds, but my apt is kinda small. However, still worth the price. Overall nice experience!

For $200 private cleaners will organize things, clean the inside and outside of appliances, and clean 3 story houses. I got a small bathroom cleaned and a small kitchen cleaned. They didn't move anything out of the way. I had to move everything. The wouldn't take the trash out. There was not a checklist that was provided. She didn't clean the dishes. They said it wasn't in the scope of their business. The service was for 4 hours, so that was a $50.00 per hour service. They came quickly because I was free during the weeday, but all the weekend appointments were booked. There were still stains in my toilet. Granted, they are hard to get out, but still, for a professional service, it should have been taken out. It was good, but not great.

Did an excellent job with a move-out cleaning of a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment. The apartment looked spotless when they were done! And scheduling the appointment through their website was very easy. I was able to get the cleaning scheduled within a couple of days of first contacting them.

They were very responsive when I first contacted them. Their website allows me to make changes to the schedule very easily. They are friendly to the dog at home when they clean and they are very affordable compared to the two other companies we looked into in the Baltimore area.

They had no problem navigating my 3 (overly friendly) dogs and tackled a bathroom that had been left extremely dirty by a tenant.
