I like this company because they’re so easy to deal with. I booked a standard cleaning in the online dashboard, which is so convenient. I picked the services I wanted, and it gave me the price, the ability to tip, and the ability to download an invoice. You can reschedule very easily via the dashboard up to 24 hours ahead of time without penalty. The only downside I experienced was that they never called or texted to confirm, but they do send out reminder emails. And they showed up well within the allotted time.

I've been using their service for the past year and have been really liking it. When we had to start using one of our bathrooms as a holding pen for our new cat during the cleanings, our cleaner noticed and helped me remove that room from my service request so that I wouldn't get charged for something I didn't get cleaned. A single occupant living in a smaller home may consider the monthly plan optimal.  As every home and family is different, we recommend starting with an initial deep cleaning to better prepare you for a recurring plan. After an initial cleaning, we’re better able to recommend a package for your specific home.

What are the main differences in each of your recurring cleaning plans?

The main difference between each plan is the level of cleaning thoroughness required for each visit. For example, with a weekly cleaning service plan, we’re mostly maintaining the level of cleanliness our team has already established in previous visits. Even problematic areas are taken care of with less effort due to our frequent visits. On the other hand, with a monthly cleaning, most homes require more effort to achieve the same level of cleanliness as a weekly client’s home due to the longer period of time between visits. Due to this, you pay less per cleaning by subscribing to a weekly service plan.

With recurring cleaning plans, do you perform a deep cleaning each time you visit?

Will I be charged for cancelling?

If you cancel your appointment prior to 5PM on the day prior to your appointment, we'll waive our 15% short-notice cancellation charge. Anything after that is subject to this fee.
